A regular service will operate from November 26 witli calls availahle either locally or world wide so long as the cars are within 25 miles of Manhattan. Disadvantages of /the present system are that the radio channel is at present limited to 40 subscribers and, as with the ordinary party line only one subscriber can speak at a time and also the other subscribers can listen in. The cost of the installation is 25 dollars with rental and maintenance 15 dollars monthly. The cost of 15 to 20 three minute local calls is seven dollars monthly.
