WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. "It is most disturbing to industry to know that a working day has been chosen for such a demonstration, particularly as the greater number of workers have been granted a free day every Saturday," said the secretary of t-he Wellington Employers' Association, Mr. W. J. Mount jov today, when commenting 011 the request to workers to attend a reception to the Prime JMinister. "As the Government, by recent legislation, has granted factory andshop workers and workers in business establishments a lialf-dav from 2 p.m. on election day, it would appear that the publicising of the Priuie Minister seems more important to these people than the well being of the Dominion."
