ONE DAY'S PAY FOR RELIEF

Received Wednesday, 7.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 20. Norway has formally proposed that United Nations seek one day's work and pay from workers throughout the world to meet 1947 relief needs. It is estimated that contributions would provide at least 750,000,000 dollars. The Norwegian delegate, Mr. Aake Ording, said it wvould give common men and women everywhere the opportunity to share in the huilding up of United Nations.
