British troops are the best behaved and Australians the worst behaved iu the Tokio area, according to a liigh ■lapnnese police otiicial quoted by the Daily Mail's Tokio correspondent. The otiicial said. " Well-disciplined United Kingdom troops thus far have not comniitted anv serious crime in tlus area.
