Attention is drawn to the fact that it is obligatory on occupiers of properties within the "inner area" of the Borough to provide themselves with a standard rubbish bin. After the lapse of two months from date hereof, rubbish will not be collefcted from premises within the "inner area" uniess it is contained *in a standard bin. In connection with the monthly removal of rubbish from the residential areas of the Borough, only normal liousehold rubbish as can be contained in a standard rubbish bin will be removed.
