Justice Drake Broeknian, iu the full Arbitration Court today. "The Court is still of the opimon tliat it must c >n trol its own proeedure, " he added. Applicat ion for the interim rise of £1 weeklv w.ill be hcard on Xovemher 25 and the hearing is expeeted to take three weeks.
