BANISHED TC AN ISLAND
Received Monday, 10.15 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 17. The Associated Press' Athens correspondent says the Greek Security Committee formally announced that it has banished to an island near Peloponesus General Stephanos Scrafis, commander-in-chief of the ELAS forces during the war, on the grounds that he had ' inenaced Greek security.
