Received Mondav, 12.32 a,m. • LONDON, Nov. 17, Moscow radio reports that Pravda has demanded- an investigation into nnsatial'actory work in the Russian coal mines which have not reached their targets. Tlie paper has blamed local garty orga-isations for failing to ensure tliat conditions for the miuers were favourable to a high output.
