POEM FOR SCREEN
Columbia plans a feature based on Samuel Taylor Coleridge's famous poem, "The • Rime of the Ancient Mariner." The picture to be titled "The Ancient Mariner," will be produced by Wallac'e ;MacDonald. The first treatment.of the story is being written by Hal Smith. The suggestion came in after the studio announced som£ time ago that it planned to make'a picture based on Longfellow's "The Wreck of the Hesperus." ~
