The blast wrecked part of the historic St. George's Cathedral. A message from Jerusalem. states that all passenger trains from Jerusalem and Lydda and between Lydda and Jaffa have been suspended untihfurther notice because of Jewish terrorist attacks. All night services have also been suspended. The Jewish terrorist radio denied that the organisation had threatened senior British officers or that attempts had been planned against the King of England. Scotland Yard is submitting copies of the periodical The Jewish StrUggle to the Director of Public Prosecutions and prosecutions may follow if he decides the periodical can be classed as seditious literature, says the Daily Herald.
