NOVEMBER MEETING HELD' There.was a large attendance of members at the Moutoa Hall on Tuesday afternoon for the Novemjber meeting of the Moutoa W.D.F.F. I Final arrangements were made |for the Paddy's Market, to be held in conjunction with the Young | Farmers' Club' on November 30. Arrangements were also commenc- ! ed for the children's Christmas party, to be held in the Moutoa Hall on December- 14v ' Two letters of 'thahk^ were read from grateful recipients of food parcels whieh the braneh had sent to England.- Plans were made to
have a further six parceis packed and sent to people in different parts of England. A cake had been sent to Mrs. W. A. Milner, a past member of the Moutoa branch who now resides in England. Mrs. Humphreys, of Moutoa, was welcomed as a neW member. Sets of charm dahlias were distributed to members of the gardening circle. A bring-and-buy stall did very brisk business. Mr. S. H. Roberts from the Tokomaru Valley gave a much appreciated talk on gardening.'
