IVIrs. Thorn at Te Horo ! At the conclusion of her eloquent address, in which she outlined Labour policy, at the Te Horo Hail on' Thursday, Mrs. Margaret Thorn, wife of Mr. J. Thorn, Labour candidate for the Otaki electorate, was presented with a bouquet of exquisite roses. Recognition of Services In addition to the £5 dopated by Mr. Knight towards a presentation to Mr. L. G. Lowry, in recognition of his services as Membei of Parliament for Otaki over a long period, ten shillings has been forwarded bv "Mite of Gratitude." Any other donations will be accepted at "The Chronicle" office, Otaki.
