I11 Grojip 7, it was decided tliat an interim dividend of £3 per share be paid to the members of this Group. In Grouj) 10 a loan of £800 was approved on a security in Devohport, Auckland. I11 Groups 11 and 12 loans of £(500 and £500 (ballot) were approved after hearing tlie valuer's report 011 the securities oil'ered. J11 Groups 13 and 14 loans of £1000 and £500 were approved, the valuer reporting that in both cases the securities oil'ered were of a high order. The secretary reported that the deniand for shares in Group 1(3 still continued to be steady and that when the group eommenced operations 011 November 18th, it would liave a good compliment of members. in the general departnient loans totalling £2200 were approved, subject to the valuer submitting his reports to tlie next meeting.
