Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 5-. As the Foreigh Ministers begin work on their Xew York talks, theif attitudes to the results of the Paris eohfefence differ considerably, says the Times N'ew York correspondent. Britain and .Franee have not committed thcmselves definitely over the Paris conference recommendations on the ilve treaties whereas Mr. AFolotov, before leaving Paris, indicated clearly that he did not feel bouiul b.y any of them and objected to some. United States' ' position, as enunciated by Mr. Byrnes, is that she will support those reeommendations having the support of two-thirds or more of the 21 nations which met at Paris. The correspondent adds that the atmosphere for the opening of the Neiy York talks can be said to be better than a't some of tlie Couneil 's earlier me'etings bilt there is no great optimism and there will be plentv of eontroversy before the Ministers finish work.
