ROYAL AIR FORCE EXTENDED SERVICE ENGAGEMENTS A iiitited number of vacancies are zv lilable to qualified and warexpenenced aircrew officers and n.c.o.'s of the R.N.Z.A.F. (whether j on the active list or on the reserve) | for extended service engagements | with the Royal Air Force. Appointments for officers will he for 4 years on the active list, followed by 4 years on the reserve, with gratuities of £500 payable on completion of satisfactory service on the active list. N.C.O. engagements will be for 3 years on the active list, followed by 4 years on the reserve, with gratuities of £125 to £175 payable according to rank on enlistment. N.C.O.'s will be eligible for selection for commissions in accordance with normal policy. Costs of passages and return passages will be borne by the Royal Air Force, with free family passages where necessary.
