Fourteen more soviet ofiicials have been sentenced to prison terms in a continued eampaign against bad administration, says the British United Press' Moseow correspondent. One of the heaviest sentences was that of seven years imposed upon a food depot manhger, M. Marchenko, who was charged. with failing to see that-grain was properly stored, with the result that a quantity was spoiled.
