Received Thursday, 10 a.m. CAIRO, Oct. 30. Lieutenant Kenneth Alexander Gourlay, R.A.O.C., has been acquitted by court-martial at Kasr-el-Nil bRTLRCkSi Gourlay appeared on two charges of alleged libellous statements concerning the former Secretary of the Palestine Government, Sir John Shaw, and the Sixth Airborne Division.
