♦ BLIND AND PARALYSED BOY Received Thursday, 11 a.m. PARIS, Oct. 31. The Roman Catholic Church authorities at Lourdes have accepted for official registr atio'h the •miraculous cure" oi Francois Pascal, aged four years, who made o pilgrimage to Lourdes from Apu in 1938, blind and paralysed in the arms and legs. Eleven doctors have certified that he is cured.
