DEFAULTERS NOT TO VOTE
DUNEDIN, Oct. 29. Military defaulters will not be permitted to enrol as electors for the general election. This advice was received in Dunedin from the chief electoral ofiice in Wellington tonight. In 'any cases where it is known that defaulters have enrolled their names will he reraoved from the rolls.
