BRITISH RUGBY TEAM'S TOUR

Received Tuesdav, 11.15 p.m. LOXDON, Oct. 29. The Rugbv Union has announced that the invitation from the Xe>v Zealaud Hugby Union for a British tour of New Zealand in 1950, has been referred to the four British Rugbv Unions. The Xew Zealand and Xew South Wales Rugbv Unions and South African Board have been invifed to send re.pre sentatives to a conferenee in London in December, 1947. Mr. Mauvice Smith has been appoint ed to represent XTew Zealand on the Rugbv Union comniittee in place of Mr C. J. Wray who retired after 26 years.
