Sir Stafford Cripps, in a speech, said he had always found it diflieult to find enough qualiiled workers' representatives for managerial committees and working parties. "Until workers have seeured more experienee in management, I think it would be impossible to have worlcer controlled industry in Britain, even i£ it were on the whole desirable. From my exprience there is not yet a large number of workers eapable of taking over large enterprises. \ . ' ...' !
