For Ihe first time since 1988 London will have an old style Lord Mayor's Sliow on November 4 when the new Lord Mayor, Sir Braeewell Smith, will ride from the Guildhall to the Law Courts in tlie famous state coacdi with an escort of Tower Yeomen, pikemen of the Honourable Artillery Company, a mounted eontingent of the Legion of Frontiersmen, and a eontingent from the Royal XLavy, Royal Air Force, Royal Marines, and city regiments whie.h have special privileges. These inellide a battery of the Royal. Horse Artillery in fulldress uniform. . fn addition there will be a processioiral talileau enlitled "Work and Play" in which industry, agriculture and leading sports associa tions will be represented. In the evening the Lord Mayor and sherriffs will give the customary banquet in the Guildhall, - ,
