REVERSE BLACKMARKETING
FRENCH DEALER CHARGED Received Saturday, 10.15 a.m." LONDON Oct. 25. A French blackmarket seuad seized twelve tons of kinnered herrings which are alleged to have oeen sold at more than fifty per cent below the official prices, says the Associated Press Bordeaux correspondent. The dealer was charged with reverse blackmarketing.
