INFORMATION REQUIRED Sir,— Being interested in potato growing and a stranger in this district, I wish someone could supply me with some information. I was told that a well-known farmer "living a short distance fronx Shannon, had a marvellous crop grown, I believe, 60 tons in less than an acre. I would be very grateful if the person concerned, or someone who knows, would supply me with the name of the seed used and the kind and quantity of manure used, sav to erow one acre. Yours etc.,
