Personal Mr. N. R. Sell- is home from Wellington on a week's leave. Messrs. B. Clayton and R. Quinlan were weekend visitors to Wellington, where they attended a regimental reunion. Mr. and Mrs. K. P. Robinson will receive a wealth of sympathy in the tragic'-loss of their iniant son on Friday evening.- • Miss Clarice Sinclair, who has been employed in Palmerston Nortli for several months, has now obtained a position with a local firm. Mrs. J. Crawford, of Stout Street, is spending a few weeks with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. iK. Crawford, Palmerston North. Farewell to Doetor A farewell social evening is to be held in the Masonic Hall, Foxton, tomorrow evening to Dr. and Mrs. L. Bieder. Shannon residents have been extended a cordial invitation to attend.
