SUBMARINE JEEP

Tlie Navy has adapted the jeep l'or imderwater operations by equipping it witli long intake aud exhaust manifolds which remain above the suriace and act as breatherS for the engine. The vehiCj.es will also have waterproof distributors, ignition coils, spark plugs and an aluminium carburettor housing. The submarine jeep can travel ten miles an hour.
