I Ingredients required: 4 oz. | Fether-Flake Puff Pastry. (You I buy it ready mixed, then JUST | ROLL AND BAKE) . 2 stiffly- | beaten whites of eggs. 4 oz. sugar. j 2 oz. Desiccated Coconut. Essence of Lemon. Jam. Roll pastry thin; cut in rounds and line patty tins, put a spoonful of jam in each, then spoonful of mixture. Bake in a good oventabout 15 minutes.
