Mr. Cribb went on to say that the meeting wbuld featiire the first appearance of the riiarching teams of Levin girls. It would be the aini of the club to organise a procession through the town, headed by the Levin Municipal Band, Horowheiiua Scottish Society's Pipe Band and Levin Boys' .Band, and comprising the,xmarching teams, bqy scouts and cubs, girl guides and brownies, St. .John Ambulance Brigade, Levin Volunteer Fire Brigade and other organisations. They would proceed to the Levin Park Domain, where the marching teams would give an exhibition, followed by athletic and cycling .ev.ents,.
