Received Tbes'day, 7 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 15. ^ The naval cofrespondent of the Sundav TimeS says in future the British Facifle Fleet will be based on Australia;. It is understood Britain has no intehtion of maintaining large naval basSs at eithef Hong Kong ot Singap'ore. The fleet will comprise two aircraft cafriers, four cruisers, eight deStroyers, eight submarines, one subm&rine (lepot ship and 12 escort vessels. I'liis does n6t. include ships of the Aiistralian ahd New Zealand Navies.
