Received Wednesday, 1.15 p.m. LONDON, October 16. The executions of the German war criminals began at Nuremberg at one minute past ifiidnight local time (11 p.iii. G.M.T.) on a double scaffhld, says the Daily MaiFs Nuremberg correspondent. Goering and Ribbentrop were the first to die and then Kaltenbrunxier, Keitel, Kosenberg, Frank, Streicher, Sauckel, Jodl and Seyss Intjuart. The executioner was Sergeant John Woods, of the United States Army, with two assistafits.
