Received Mondav, 9.30 p.m. DACUA, Oct. 14. One was killed and 11 injured, eight as the result of acid tlirowing, in communal incidents. Magistrates are imposing collective fines on two areas for incidents following a meeting of prominent Hindus and Moslems convened by the Magistrates. at whieh sterner measures were decidod on to ' ' end f rat ricidal warfare ' '.
