AUCKLAND, Oct. 14. Rugby football was becoming in- " creasingly popular in British Columbia and tliere was a keen desire for a visit by a New Zealand team, according to Mr. J. II. Parker, a former member of the 1914 All Blacks, who arrived from Man Francisco this morning after atlending the international eonference of agricultural producers in London. Mr. Parker said he met Rugby enthusiasts in British Columbia and he had promised he would take up with. the New Zealand Rugby Union, of which he is a member, the question of a New Zealand team • visiting British.
