WELLINGTON, Oct. 14. Wben tlie Prime Minister opens the election eampaign in Auckland tomorrow night, the speech will be broadcast as will the speeeh of the Leader of the Opposition next Monday night, in Christchurch. Other broadcasting arrangements provide for the Government to speak every Tuesday and tlie Opposition every Thursday until the elose of the eampaign. There will be studio broadcasts, each of 15 minutes, for the Government and Opposition on October 18 and 23 and November 1 and studio broadcasts of half an hour for each party on November 8, 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23. These arrangements will be adhered to unless otlierwise announced.
