CHECKING GERMANY'S WAR CAPACITY
— Received Friday, 9.55 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 11. _ British, American and French iiiA*estigators have completed three months' investigatic^ of every factory in the Russian zone of Germany capable of malcing rocket weapons and war planes, says the Daily Express correspondent at Berlin. An engineer said: "Tlie Russians cooperated earnestly and we are satisfied they did not withhold any information. ' ' Two Allied commissions are 'inspecting the lieavy engineering wffrkff including tlie biggest German war plants. Three commissions are ehecking up light macliine tool, textile and lens making factories. Special commissions. charged with destroying the war building capacity in each zone, later will be joining these teams. The correspondent adds that the Control Council, by the end of the yeav, will have the information necessary to oierge the four zoxies.
