United Nations to be granted most favoured nation treatment in Rumania for IS months on a reciproeal basis. The British proposal for special pro tection of Pnited Nations' oil com panies in Rumania, was turned down by ten votes to nine. A South Africau amendmenl obliging Rumania to pay these companies faii prices, was'adopted by 13 votes to six.
