THE RAILWAY HALL
DEPUTATION TO COUNCIL Messrs. McBeth, Buxton, H. Tayior and Edhouse, members of the Otaki Commercial Association, waited on the Otaki Borough Council at its monthly meeting on Wednesday night with a request that the Railway Hall be secured for the town, it being stated that it had been the means of bringing in considefable sums- nf moriey, and if sold to-outsiders revenue would be lost. It was felt that the hall was necessary. The matter was considered in committee, when it was decided to make further enquiries relative to the building.
