Professor Carl Ziinmerman, widely known as a llarvard Sociologist, has suggested that certain c-it izeusliip rights be takou from Americans wlu, fuil to mariy at a prescribed age and jtroduee good sized families. _ Professor Ziinmerman said men sliould inarrv before 25 years uiid women before 20 or else be deprivod ot tlie right to hold public otlico. 11c advocated that married eouplos be e\ cluded from positions of pultlie leader ship if they had no children witliin : specilied period, unless unable to pro duee children. Professor Zimniennan admitted his theory was somewhat radical but was justilied as a last resort in saving American civilisation from the disinte gration that overtook Greek and Koman society.
