Seientists in tlie stratospliere will study "Stellar Rain" on October 9, says tlie Britisli United Press correspondent at Moscow. The phenomenon is caused b'y a swarm of meteor partieles approacking tlie .earth. Special stations ±or the study of t'he ionosphere will obaerve the rain's influence on radio •waves.
