Reeeived Monday, 9.50 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 30. The lottery wizard, Harry Brukarz, eity curio dealer, today won his thiru first prize in lotteri.es in twelve months. In the past nine years he has won more than £40,000. Brukarz told friends yesterday he would be lucky today. He says his system is -to buy tiekets through agents any time he feels lucKy. He does not back raeeliorses. His suecesses include three first prizes in New South Wales lotteries of £5000 each, one of £12,000 in an Interstate eonsuitation, two second prizes, three thirds and four fourths.
