FTew legislation is expected this session to bring into elfect the recommendations " carried unanimously at the conference of the Public Serviee Association, among whieh is a proposal that a Public Serviee Commission of three be appointed ■ instead of one as previously. It is envisaged that the term of appointment will be five years. The present Assistant Commissioner, Mr. G. T. Bolt, wil] act as Beputy Commissioner pehding the Government 's decision on future policy.
