Received Thursday, 10.35 a.m. LONDON, Bept. 25. Latest reports of intensified fighting in Northern Greece between Government forces and Left-Wing bands confirm tlie view held in London that the confiict amounts to a civil war as yet on a small scale, says the Exchange Telegraph's diplomatic correspondent. The Greek Government has supplied the British Foreign Office with evidence that the LeftWingers are receiving arms from Albania and Yugoslavia. There is no reason to doubt the accuracy of the evidence, but it is not clear whether, as suggested, that the Albanian and Yugoslav Governments are conniving in the passage of arms. British troops are not yet involved, and will only intervene as a last resort. The Associated Press' Athens' correspondent quotes the Greek Prime Minister, M. Tsaldaris, as saying that the internal quest is no longer one of order but one of war. "The State will emerge victorious by using all the means at its disposal." . ______
