Queensland Stamp Issue Three stamps of aenominations i 2£d, 3£d and ls will be issued in [..Australia on October 14 to commemorate the centenary of the exploration of Central Queensland by Sir Thomas Mitchell. Large Shark Caught Reported to be the largest landed at Onehunga for many years, a shark, believed to be a mako, and measuring 10ft. 8in. in length, was caught on Saturday night. The tail measured 2ft. 8in. across and the fins were 2ft. long. Music Exam Successes At the rudiments examinations conducted in July by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, Bruce P.
