TO-DAY AND TO-MORROW
Hello, folks! This is your radio movie critic, bringing you my transcribed impression of "Silver Skates" . . . the most dazzling ice spectacle ever filmed. I've seen many ice skating pictures before, out here is a motion picture that is fcruly different . . . bringing to the screen for the first time the beautiful, dazzling Belita, Queen of the Ice. ' I sat in amazem'ent as the screen revealed the grace and smoothness of this glamorous star of "Silver Skates." And though Belita made me hold my breath, I looke'd with the same degree of wonderment upon two eight-year-old stars of the Ice performing feats of almost unbelievable beauty and charm. As if this weren't enough, the golden voice of radio 's singing star, Kenny Baker, singing Iove songs to beautiful Patficia Morison, all added to my entertainment pleasure.- I can truthfully say, without hesitation, that Mohogram's "Silver Skates" will delight you! Selected supporting programme.
