WAY TO SELECT CHORUS BEAUTIES!

LeRoy Prinz, the Warner Bros. impresario of terpsichore who staged the music hall numbers in "San Antonio," says that there is but one perfect way to select a chorus beauty for the screen— from the rear when she doesn't think you're looking. "If they walk with a graceful swing," says Prinz, "they're the stuff. If they waddle, they're out. Even if they just wiggle they're not too good." Mr. Prinz bases his unique formula on his contention that any inherently graceful woman will never walk with a wiggle or waddle, even if she's miles from the eyes of the nearest observer. He maintains that an awkward miss can deliberately put on a show of grace, but she'll very likely revert to type and spoil the ensemble. Maybe spoil a spectacular scene, too, an expensive matter in any big studio.
