Ivent farmers wlio are working day aud night to save the harvest despite almost contiuuous rain, are angry because German prisoners of war refused to work on Sundays, and travel Jike lords to their job.q says the Evening News. While the fanuhands must ride bicycles to work, the prisoners are eollected in private cars, taxis and motor coaches.
