PASTRY NOVELTY KENTISH PUFFBALLS These are easy to make and quite delicious. Ingredients required: 6 oz. Fether-Flake Puff Pastry. (You buy it ready mixed. JUST ROLL AND BAKE). \ cup sultanas mineed. 1 tablespoon sugar. 2 tablespoons jam — Oranberry and RhUbarb for choice. Mix these together. Add a tiny pinch of spice Roll out the Fether-Flake pastrj fairly thin. Cut in rounds with a mason jar lid. Wet edges o"f pastrj with water. Place dabs of sultana mixture in the centre of eadl" ■ round. Gather up the edges anc pinch well together completelj covering the sultana mixture. Dif , each puff into wa^er,- then intc , sugar. Place on a cold scone tray joined side underneat.h • and sugai side uppermost. Prick the top oi each puff about six times with £ . fork. Bake in a fairly quick oven [ Time about 20 minutes.
