BURMA'S EXECUTIVE COUNCIL RESIGNS
Received Wednesday, 11 a.m. RANGOON, Sept 17. Sir Herbert Rance, Governor of Burma, has accepted the resignation of the Executive Council, b'ut has asked the members to continue in offiee until he is in a position to form a new council on a broader basis.
