BRITISH OFFICERS DELAYED Reccived. Wednesday, 10.15 a.m. LONDON. Sept. 17. Russians * stopped the ViennaKlagenfurt express on the border of the Russian zone of Austria, last night, entered the sealed British portion of the train, and demanded a personal pass between the zones from the British and Allied officers and other ranks, and all passengers, says the Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph."
