BRITISH OFFICERS DELAYED Reccived. Wednesday, 10.15 a.m. LONDON. Sept. 17. Russians * stopped the ViennaKlagenfurt express on the border of the Russian zone of Austria, last night, entered the sealed British portion of the train, and demanded a personal pass between the zones from the British and Allied officers and other ranks, and all passengers, says the Vienna correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph." After similar incidents last year. the British, in agreement with the Russians, put on special carriages for their own use. It is understood that the British have protested. The incident delayed the British cffiec-rs and officials for nearly twelve hours. Reuter's Vienna correspondent says the Russian action is regarded as nart of a general tightening up of the control of movement through the Russian zone.
