NELSON, Sept. 15. As a result of an aceident while worlcing at a saw bench at Motueka, George Richards, a married man with two children, met his death. Mr. Richards was working on the propertv of his father-in-law, Mr. F. Sparrow, Saxon Street, Motueka, sawing wood on a saw bench. There was a stack of slabs be-' land and near the bencli. The stack vollapsed and i'ell on Mr. Richards who was puslied on to the saw, having his head badly cut. Ile died almost immediately.
