KING'S PRIZE RIFLE SHOOTING
WELLI.VUTON, Hept . 12. The iirst King's Prize rifle shooting meeting to be held since Ihe beginning j of the war, will take place at Trentham 1 from March 1 to Mareh G, 1947, Ihe exeeutive of the New Zealand National Rifle Association decided at the annual meeting held in Wellington. The meeting will be called tlie Victory Prize meeting, and will cover serviee matehes and the King's Prize series. The newlv elected exeeutive otticers are: — -President, Ma.jor-Goneral W. 11. Cunningham, D.S.O.; chairman, Mn.jor W. N. Masefleld; vice-chairman, Afr. W. M. Jackson; treasurer, Arr. G. G. Kelly. The new secretary is Mr. Campbell McAllister, of Wellington.
